- Scope and collect customer requirements, provide guidance on best practices and applying technology and product knowledge to address customer's business and technology needs
- Act as point of contact to provide consultative technical support and strategic relationship management to top online agencies and advertisers
- Drive customer communications and technical issue resolution, resulting in the highest level of customer satisfaction
- Improve internal efficiency and customer satisfaction by proactively identifying opportunities to optimize existing or new processes and tools
- Inculcate client end users on product usage, from the basics to best practices.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex cases from the proper platform
- Collaborate with onshore counterparts
- Serve as point of contact for projects led by our escalation management team to improve client experience and internal operational effectiveness
- Work on internal product initiatives like migration of accounts, bulk uploads, etc. under Google’s direction
- Collaborate with Engineering, Product, Vendor workforce and other cross-functional teams on specific user-impacting issues and bugs.
Trình độ tối thiểu
- Excellent English communication skills (both written and oral) and stakeholder management at multiple levels
- Bachelor’s Degree holder from an accredited institution or must have reached college level with at least 2 years of prior work experience in a BPO and/or captive service organizations
- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
- Attentive to details with the ability to effectively multitask and work independently
- Internet or advertising industry knowledge
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience troubleshooting technical issues
- Experience in phone and chat support
- Knowledge of SQL, HTML, and JavaScript
- Ability to read programming language (Note: This is not a programming position)
- Experience with DoubleClick Bid Manager (DBM), DoubleClick Ad Exchange (AdX), Google Adwords, DoubleClick Digital Marketing (DDM formerly known as DoubleClick Studio), Doubleclick Campaign Manager (DCM), Doubleclick Search (DS), Doubleclick for Publishers (DFP) is a plus
- Experience in Real-Time Bidding (RTB) or any platform related to it
