Salesforce Operations Support  

The Salesforce Operations Support will be responsible to manage the day to day coordination of the Salesforce.com platform. You will work closely with the regional sales managers, country managers and the executive team in reporting outcomes, pipelines, trends and providing other support to the sales operations and executive organizations on a daily, weekly and monthly basis.

In addition, the Salesforce Operations Support will be expected to support our growing Salesforce support team as we integrate the platform across the business.

Responsibilities

• Provide ongoing support and system administration to quick fix production issues within Salesforce.com
• Provide ongoing maintenance of the system
• Prepare dashboards and pipeline activities
• Identify CRM training needs, partner with internal stakeholders to develop training material and programs
• Proactively identify areas of improvement and functional gaps in Salesforce.com
• Work and deliver under tight and ever-changing deadlines
• Identify top opportunities, trends and correlations to help drive performance improvement in the field
• Run data uploads of leads, contacts and other data
• Day to day support requests
• Management of Mini Projects
• Data governance & quality
• System integration & maintenance

• BS, BA (four year degree), preferably in Business or Business related subject
• Must demonstrate general knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Previous database skills (aggregating, managing, and maintenance of data structures, etc.)

Desired Skills and Experience

• 1+ years of experience in delivering to business management teams
• Advanced Excel skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Strategic thinker with a strong attention to detail
• Salesforce or comparable CRM experience
• Experience in Marketo Integration, SFDC (minor adjustments)
• Must be willing to work in Alabang, Muntinlupa
