Miêu Tả Về Công Việc
- Encodes client and order information in the system.
- Creates and maintains user accounts.
- Updates user and order information.
- Uploads files received from clients.
- Creates reports and dashboards for different departments.
- Creates training reports for clients.
Trình độ tối thiểu
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, any field.
- Candidate preferably possesses at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Economics, Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Social Science/Sociology or equivalent.
- Required skill(s): Google Docs, Open Office, Internet Applications, Typing, MS Office.
- Must have good English communication skills (verbal and written).
- Good working knowledge of Excel is a plus.
- Must be Internet savvy.
- Can type fast.
- Must be responsible, disciplined, and highly organized.
- Must possess a keen attention to detail.
- Must be able to handle stress well and work efficiently under pressure.
- Experience in handling online administrative tasks is a plus.
- Ability to multi-task is a plus.
- Applicants must be willing to work in Eastwood City, Libis, Quezon City.
- No work experience required.
- Should be Filipino citizens or hold relevant residence status.
- Full-Time position(s) available.
