Junior Recruitment Specialist  

• Execute full cycle recruitment of necessary positions ensuring positive candidate experience.
• Leverage various recruitment platforms using traditional and non-traditional sourcing and relationship building methods.
• Maintain industry rate records and reevaluate benchmarking data banks on a regular basis.
• Collaborate with hiring managers and the HR Manager to understand the hiring needs and goals of each department.
• Screen CVs, interview qualified candidates, assess skill level, assess suitability of candidate to the company, manage recruitment process, and make salary recommendations.
• Review and evaluate recruitment processes to respond to the current objectives of the company.
• Maintain data reports and provide analysis.
• Collaborate with HR generalists to develop tighter end-to-end organizational processes.

Requirements:

• BS/BA degree or equivalent with good academic standing.
• Required language(s): English, Filipino.
• 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Applicants must be willing to work in Eastwood City, Libis, Quezon City.

• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in English.
• In-house recruitment experience is a must.
• Demonstrated ability to recruit for all levels and all departments of an organization.
• Demonstrated ability to translate organizational values, company goals, and business direction in the identification and hiring of well-suited individuals.
• Self-motivated and capable of achieving results with minimal supervision in a dynamic environment.
• Possesses intermediate level of knowledge in full cycle recruiting components like sourcing, wage and salaries, and relationship management.
