Human Resources Generalist  

Are you a strong administrator with an interest in Human Resources? Are you available for an immediate start? We're seeking an experienced Human Resources Generalist to join our team!

• Act as the main contact for general HR inquiries
• Updating HR correspondence documents and templates
• Assist with the maintenance and administration of HR information systems
• Develop and distribute Employment Agreements and new employee documentation
• Coordinate and deliver induction processes for new team members
• HR administrative work, including letter generation and maintenance of reporting
• Support to maintain ongoing HR projects

Recruitment

• Technical and general recruitment – around half the role will be recruitment related, sourcing technical and general staff for our business nationally.
• Understanding of IT roles and proactive recruitment through LinkedIn preferred

• Proven ability to effectively communicate, both verbally and in writing, to enable you to deal with matters that are sensitive, confidential or contentious in nature
• Excellent organisational skills, with a pro-active approach to issue resolution
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in all areas of work
• Intermediate to Advanced capability in use of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
• Demonstrated experience in a HR Administration function or similar is essential
