Miêu Tả Về Công Việc
- Collect and analyze data to monitor the online hours of installed fleet monetization products
- Strategize to achieve the target online hour
- Create end-of-month fleet monetization conversion report for brands
- Follow up drivers for monthly documentation needed from them
- Recap monthly payment to monetized drivers
- Research, diagnose, troubleshoot and identify solutions to resolve issues
- Ensure root cause analysis by products are documented and fixed
Trình độ tối thiểu
- Bachelor’s degree from Top Universities, preferably majoring in Engineering, Business
- 1-2 years experience in Business Analysis, preferably in Startup or Consulting environment
- Good with numbers and strong analytical skills with the ability to create actionable insights from data
- Ability to work independently in a professional and teamwork driven setting
- Self-motivated, work quickly and accurately, and able to adapt to changing conditions
- Technical skills requirements: Excel, MS Office suite
- Strong stakeholder management abilities and ability to collaborate with passion across the functions in GO-JEK
