- Work closely with merchants, includes approaching new merchant and maintaining the good relationships between GO-JEK and our merchants.
- By collaborating with the business owner, we provide bigger business opportunities and help to boost their revenue by using GO-JEK’s products.
- Work to perform in analysing GO-JEK customers satisfaction and needs, which may open up new opportunities for cooperation.
- Help in organising and coordinating micro internal and external events.
- Lead the point of contact for any all matters specific about clients or customer.
- Handling customer account account management.
Trình độ tối thiểu
- Based in Padang.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales.
- Preferably from food and beverage industry.
- From respectable university.
- Comfortable using laptop and internet
- Good negotiating and communications skills.
