- Operating contact for all matters specifically to our customers in a bigger scale
- You will help in maintaining good relationship between GO-JEK and our customers and/or merchants
- Handling customer account management, including contacts negotiation and profit maximisation for both parties
- Developing new business from existing clients
- You will lead the point of contact for any all matters specific about clients/customer
Trình độ tối thiểu
- Bachelor degree from any major
- Minimum 3 years experience in sales
- Comfortable to work using laptop and internet
- Great communication and negotiation skills
