Miêu Tả Về Công Việc

The Mobile Marketing Analytics Lead will work within the Business Intelligence unit at GO-JEK to own the production and deliverability of our in-app analytics tools such as Mixpanel, Appsflyer, and more. This person will be the go-to for all in-app analytics reporting, product feature analysis, and technical requirements for implementation. This role will be instrumental in providing product owners and directors a full understanding of how customers are using their products and recommend changes based on data-driven analysis.

Main Responsibilities

Ownership of Mixpanel and Appsflyer mobile implementations for all products across GO-JEK.
Track and analyze marketing performance data.
Deliver actionable insights to marketing and product teams.
Identify growth and improvement opportunities through data.
Ensure data quality and distribution of marketing data to the appropriate teams.

Trình độ tối thiểu

Strong SQL experience.
Strong analytical and problem solving skills to create data-driven insights.
Ability to translate business requirements to technical implementation requirements.
Experience with Analytical tools and best practices.
A desire to analyze and improve products is a must.
