- Manage and make sure all tickets respond within SLA
- In case of mass problem, coordinate with related unit and raise the flag to management
- Produce trend analysis of recurring problems. Hold regular meeting with key person in driver care unit and related unit to address the issue and push for final resolution
- Manage and motivate Outbound Team
- Plan, breakdown and implement targets to achieve outbound targets
- Ensure completion of actions within timescale
Trình độ tối thiểu
- Bachelor degree with minimum 3 years of experience in customer service/call center industry,

Capable of handling large number escalation cases;

Able to work under tight deadlines;
