GOJEK Internship Program

The Internship job description:

• As Problem Solver, The Internship should operating and help GOJEK management to implement some project and observe potential problem solver among whole organization with technology
• As Public relation, The Internship should make relation to another stakeholder , plan and organize some event relate co-work space roadmap,and make study/research about human capital engagement.
• As Sudent ambassador ,The Intership should introduce GO-JEK’s culture to another student around Jakarta-Bogor-Bandung city.
• As Learner, The intership should learn about GO-JEK’s product life cyle, validate product, execute idea with technology, and get mentoring by senior engineer of GOJEK

Daily Routinity:

• Learning to adapt and make innovation of GO-JEK’s culture
• Make employee engagement and maintain “family” culture
• Mentoring about product life cycle, product management, and agile methodology by senior staff of GOJEK
• Assist and do a project from mentor

Main Goal of this program:

• Learn to creating highly usable yet elegant design for web or native mobile applications
• Lear to collaborating with team to create solutions considering user needs and technical challenges
• Learn to iteratively improving user interfaces based on data and user tests

The Internship who passionate with graphic designer:

• Can work in the team
• Ready to work and learn with us for 2 months (18 July- 2 September), intern periode could more shorter or longer depend on your campus holiday
• Strong attention to detail
• Strong portfolio with demonstrable problem solving skills
• Able to communicate ideas through sketches and wireframes
• Fluency of standard professional tools (Sketch, Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.)
• Motivated, dynamic, creative and results-oriented
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work well in a team environment
