Miêu Tả Về Công Việc
- Responsible to apply best practices in User Experience design especially in website.
- Co-create solution with the team from creating IA, user flow, low fidelity, high fidelity and prototype.
- Designing a solution based on valid data and problem.
- Support researcher by conducting qualitative and quantitative research.
- Create design specs for responsive Web for a variety of devices and interfaces / DLS (Design Language System).
- Work with Asphalt design system.
- Deliver the best and optimize version of the design to developers.
- Designing and prototyping micro interaction.
- Demonstrate attention to detail and understanding of typography, color and layout principles.
Trình độ tối thiểu
- Had experience creating atomic design, design system, design token and able to create great documentations.
- Know the best practice to create responsive typography and responsive design in web.
- Deep understanding of design methodologies, principles, excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in related design tools such as Sketch, Figma or Adobe creative suite.
- Proficient in related Prototyping tools like Principle, Framer.JS or Webflow.
- 2-3+ years experience as a UI/UX designer, product design, UX architect in web and mobile products.
- Have a growth mindset , hungry to learn and curious.
- Have great listening skills, with an open-minded and team-oriented approach to design.
- Professional fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
