- Develop a strategy for the specific market that ensures attainment of company sales goals and profitability
- Maintains and responsible for the performance and development of the salesman
- Manage and coordinate the operation of office and staff activities
- Search new merchant, handle and maintain existing merchant, follow up inquiries, etc
- Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems; developing solutions; preparing reports; making recommendations to management.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related result as needed.
Trình độ tối thiểu
- Based in Semarang
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree/Post-Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in any field.
- Min. 2 years experience in the sales area or fresh graduate with some organizational activities.
- Interest to work on Micro or SMB (Small Medium Business) sales area
- Comfortable to work using laptop and internet
- Great communication and negotiation skills.
