Miêu Tả Về Công Việc
- Determine the effectiveness of marketing campaigns by analyzing the digital campaign metrics (clicks, conversion rate, cost per clicks, cost per action, etc) against the target and industry benchmarks.
- Keep digital marketing team up-to-date on current campaigns, informing them on which aspects of campaigns are the most effective and which are not, and advising them on how to tweak campaigns to get maximum attention and create more revenue.
- Provide digital strategists and executors with frequent updates on the status of their digital marketing campaigns, advise them on the success of campaigns compared to marketing costs, and make suggestions to increase digital marketing effectiveness when necessary.
- Create necessary statistical analysis to provide actionable insights to the digital strategist and executors (ex: determining whether the increase in Ad campaigns A is correlated with the creative change)
- Create a strategical analysis that gives wider scope insights on top of campaign performances which can potentially redirect Digital Marketing trajectory into a more positive course.
- Do an extensive analysis of Digital Marketing vast datapoints that generate the hypothesis as the main input for Digital Marketing experiments.
- Create structured documentation on the digital marketing campaign performances and its learnings to improve future digital marketing campaigns
Trình độ tối thiểu
- A bachelor’s degree in business or related field or an MBA.
- A minimum of 3 years experience in data analysis or a related field. Experience working in a mobile app company would be a plus
- Experience in analysing data to draw business-relevant conclusions and in data visualization techniques and tools
- Solid experience in writing SQL queries
- Strong written and verbal communication skills including technical writing skills
- Advanced technical skills in terms of statistical analysis (ex: correlation analysis) along with its statistical techniques (ex: t-test, z-test, etc)
- Fundamental analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
- Experience creating detailed reports and giving presentations.
- Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Ability to do predictive data modelling is not necessary but would be a plus
- Experience in analyzing digital marketing campaigns would be a plus
