Miêu Tả Về Công Việc
Merchant Integration Tools & Support officer in Midtrans will help eCommerce merchants to identify their problems and give them the best solution. You must give the solution that is understandable by merchants, so that they are happy with our service!
You will be a part of our Support Team, where you will gain and learn knowledge regarding the whole process of eCommerce and payment gateway, both from technical side and operational side.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Analyze the merchant's problem and suggest the best solutions
- Assist on the integration processes with Midtrans
- Maintain some library (PHP, Java, Ruby) / plugin (Prestashop, Woocommerce, Magento, Opencart) / affiliated platforms (Shopify)
Trình độ tối thiểu
- Bachelor's degree from technical major (Computer Science, Information Technology, Information System)
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- A highly analytical problem-solver
- Attention to details
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently as well as in teams
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Fluent in both written and spoken English and Indonesian
- Appreciates high-performance and reusable codes
