Operations Strategy Manager / Senior Manager  

Things they will do:

• Research (desk + on the ground) on different apps.
• Manage internal projects e.g. testing EV with our pool of driver partners.

Needs to be:

• Relational - be able to reach out to people (mostly internal) and build working relationships with them.
• Resourceful - things that they will do has no knowledge base yet, so need to develop and piece together from all over the place.
• Have strong communication skill - we will end up communicating the strategy to internal stakeholders. It needs to be succinct and crystal clear.
• Have common sense - goes without saying.
• Need to have a basis for arguments and decisions.

• Minimum Bachelors degree from the top university or abroad (preferred MBA).
• Indonesian (or at least the first language is Bahasa Indonesia).
• Preferably have experience in the following industries: Consultant, FMCG, Telco, or Investment Banking.
• Strong in strategic, organizing, planning, operations, and project management.
• Very fluent in numbers, excellent in analyzing data, and using analytics to make decisions.
• Result-driven with strong communication & interpersonal skill.
• Excellent Leadership & Team Building skills.
• Previous experience in managing a high-impact project.
• Fast-paced, independent thinker.
• Passionate and knowledgeable about GO-JEK Business overall.
• Fluency in English.
