Miêu Tả Về Công Việc

Develop brand communication campaign strategy and roll-out plans
Develop clear campaign brief to be distributed to relevant stakeholders, defining challenges, KPIs, insights anchored on deep understanding of target audiences and category dynamics
Implement and maintain required SOPs to ensure brand standardization
Act as a project owner to ensure campaign run smoothly as per agreed timeline and budget.
Collaborate cross function with different product owners / marketing team to develop integrated campaign
Become the gatekeeper of all brand and campaign guidelines
Develop campaign plans based on a deep understanding of brand health and campaign measurements

Trình độ tối thiểu

Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or Business
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Great at multitasking
Excellent attention to detail
Strong analytical skills and is used to making data-driven marketing decisions
Strong project management skills and is able to use project management tools
Solid basic understanding of marketing principles, practices and techniques
Mix of experience on principal side and agency side (as senior account manager) would be a plus
