Miêu Tả Về Công Việc
- Define the GOJEK Group CRM Strategy and establish KPIs, maintain team performance, and communicate results to leadership.
- Works with the entire organization as a champion; build GOJEK Group CRM team to become highly effective digital marketers and producing strong business results.
- Identify the gap in business process, analyze the business needs and implement key technologies to improve personalization initiatives.
- Overseeing the Customer Journey Map and collaborate with relevant stakeholders such as Product, Marketing and Ops team to ensure that we have the overall view about customer experience and identify key touchpoints.
- Plan and prioritize the team's work to balance hyper local and regional needs, while delivering efficient and high-quality results.
- Drive the direction of customer segmentation, targeting, and reporting to inform the development of the lifecycle program.
- Represent end-user's voice on key cross-departmental initiatives.
Trình độ tối thiểu
- BS/MS degree in marketing / business or a related field.
- Proven working experience in digital marketing / CRM field (Min 8+ years)
- Experience within marketplace or ecommerce organisation preferred.
- Understand the concept of Customer Journey Experience, developing personalisation strategy and overseeing the implementation through teams and technology at scale.
- The ability to meet tight deadlines and outstanding time management skills.
- Team working and leadership skills; the person will be in charge of a team which means he/she need to guide team members in the right direction, create new strategies and build strong relationships across the organization as well as externally.
- Have good technical understanding and how to leverage relevant technology to create personalized experiences to users.
- Top quality analytical skills. A big part of the job involves gathering and analysing data to help he/she understand the customer base and coming up with suggestions for improving the existing strategy.
