Miêu Tả Về Công Việc
- Build Strong Customer Relationship and network with all major accounts
- Develop Strong opportunity Pipeline and lead to closure of sales to achieve the sales goals
- Manage and coach the Sales team related to objectives setting and performance
- Build strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs to obtain insights related to the business
- Present findings and recommendation to management related to sales performance
Trình độ tối thiểu
- Fresh graduate/up to 1 year experience as an Account Executive/Customer-facing role
- Have a previous degree related to Economics, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing Communication or equivalent
- Have a knowledge in relationship management, communication, persuasion and negotiation skill, sales and marketing knowledge
- A willingness to learn and growth mindset is a must
- Comfortable in a target-oriented work environment
- Have a service mindset, people person but not a yes man/woman
