Miêu Tả Về Công Việc

Executing the Internal Development Program for the organization based on GO-JEK's values, including to measure the effectiveness of the program;
Identify data collection tools, data sources, benchmarks, and performance targets for SMB development programs;
Develop methods for data file formatting, data analysis methodologies, and management reporting;
Create and implement engagement programs at work that connect employees with business goals;
Develop team-building exercises or workshops and recommend events planning for engagement activities;
Coordinate a range of activities and initiatives which are designed to have a positive impact on the environment and local communities;
Raising awareness of the GO-JEK’s commitment to CSR.

Trình độ tối thiểu

At least 1 year experience in related/similar roles;
Computer literacy (ms.excel, ms.word, ms.powerpoint);
Possesses high learning agility and curiosity;
Fluent in english and communicative;
Proactive and adaptive;
Have a good numerical ability, analytical thinking, and data driven thinking;
Attention to details.
