Miêu Tả Về Công Việc
- Assist customer on their inquiry;
- Secures contact details of clients for purposes of follow up;
- Make known to client about the company’s policies and procedures on matters related to the purchasing of items such as but not limited to delivery, return and exchange, surcharge;
- Inquiry of stocks to the Office Division of Operations Dept. in cases where showroom stock is insufficient to the client’s order;
- Filing of documents such as Receipt Stock Request, Tile Cutting Form, DCCI, Quotation and PO;
- Conducts daily inventory for assigned items;
- Report and updates regularly to the immediate superior;
- Assures the details of the items such as tonality;
- Preparation of Marketing Approval Slip, if needed;
- Secure approval of discount;
- Coordinates with the Logistics Department for the schedule of delivery
Trình độ tối thiểu
- Male or Female, must be atleast 24-30 years old
- At least 5'3 in Female and 5'5 in Male
- Candidate must be atlest College level
- With experience in Sales and Marketing
- Smart and with pleasing personality
- Good communication and presentation skills;
- Flexible and easy to adapt in new environment
- Experience in Tiles industry is advantage
