Main responsibilities

The Senior Executive Recruiter will be in charge of end-to-end recruitment of global executive positions and drive the following:

• Conceptualizing and contributing ideas on sourcing strategies and methods to be utilized in identifying qualified candidates.
  • The Senior Executive Recruiter is highly encouraged to utilize creative methods that go beyond traditional sourcing channels to attract qualified candidates.
• Providing strategic thought leadership for organizational growth.
• Creating marketing materials including job descriptions and email templates.
• Verifying candidate qualifications and assisting the client with the candidate on-boarding process.
• Recommending ideas and techniques proactively to improve the processes and success of the company.

• Bachelor’s/College degree is a plus, but not required.
• Prior BPO experience a plus, but not required if the candidate has recruiting experience.
• Excellent English communication skills, both oral and written.
• A proven track record of being a top-performer.
• Passion for learning and personal development.
• Willing to work night shifts.
