Accelerated Management Trainee Program  

The Accelerated Management Trainee Program (AMTP) is a 2-year, entry-level development program that prepares exceptional and high-performing young professionals to become future leaders of our business through a challenging, fast-paced rotation experience.

Trainees will work closely with our Manila and US management team and will receive 3-6 months of training in each of our four core business functions: Business Development, Marketing, Recruiting, and Operations. After obtaining an in-depth look across the entire organization, top-performing trainees will elect which department to continue their career and will also be expected to manage their own teams within that department. In these management roles, you’ll have the opportunity to have a direct impact on the business and influence key decisions.

• Degree holder with minimum GWA 1.75 or its equivalent
• Fresh college graduate with less than 2 years of work experience
• Active involvement and leadership in extracurricular activities
• Excellent verbal and written English skills
• Able to take ownership of projects and process improvements
• Passionate about learning and developing professionally
• Willing to work the night shift in Makati
