Main Responsibilities

The Finance Analyst will be taking on a multi-faceted role that offers a wide variety of responsibilities and opportunities including:

• Project management – Collaborate with the finance and operations team on ad hoc projects; help balance multiple initiatives
• Reporting and tracking – Develop detailed reports to provide leadership with the visibility needed to make decisions that shape the strategic direction of the organization
• Database administration – Utilize our CRM, accounting system, and time reporting systems to support general finance and operations functions; analyze existing processes, suggest improvements, and help with back-end reconfiguration
• Accounting - Reconcile and maintain financial records, including Accounts Receivable and invoicing duties

• Graduate of Accounting, Finance or any Business related courses
• CPA a plus, but not required
• Excellent written and oral English skills
• Proficient in MS Excel (Vlookups, Pivot Tables, general Excel formulas)
• Experience working with PowerPoint, QuickBooks Online, or SalesForce a plus
• Able to drive projects and process improvements
