- Provides counseling on policies and procedures
- Leads planning, communication, and execution of all employee events
- Assists in developing and revising policies, procedures, and job descriptions
- Manages HR records (organize, retrieve, research, and protect)
- Maintains the confidentiality of Human Resources documents and other proprietary information
Trình độ tối thiểu
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent
- Strong organizational skills
