Miêu Tả Về Công Việc
- Perform advanced level and/or managerial professional internal auditing work.
- Work involves managing or conducting performance, financial and compliance audit projects.
- Provide consulting services to organizational management and staff.
- Provide training, coaching, and supervision to the Internal Audit Staff.
- Maintain all organizational and professional ethical standards.
- Work independently under the general direction of the CAE with extensive latitude for initiative and independent judgment.
- Oversee the internal audit activity of the company and manage the audit's relationship with line management.
- Participate in the management and execution of audit plans, and lead and direct the audit team.
- Work closely with Managers and Senior Personnel to coordinate engagement management, participate in office practice decisions and provide feedback.
- Performance management as a mentor, performance counselor, and/or training instructor.
- Provide training and development programs and opportunities.
- Perform other related tasks that may be assigned by the Immediate Superior.
Trình độ tối thiểu
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor of Science in Accountancy or equivalent.
- At least 6 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably 6-8 Yrs Experienced Employee specialized in Internal Audit or equivalent.
- CPA passer preferred but not required.
- Strong analytical and planning skills.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
