With relevant working experience
With experience in handling different travel agencies
Developing positive relationships and handling customer’s needs
Generating new sales using existing and potential customer networks
Supervise account representatives to ensure sales increase
Suggest actions to improve sales performance and identify opportunities for growth
Overseeing the whole Visayas and/or Mindanao
Willing to do a field work on a daily basis
Identifies market potential by qualifying accounts
Conduct Market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs

At least 2-4 year related working experience
Aggressive & Target oriented professional
Good Communications skills
Has the ability and desire for sales job with confident and determined approach
Highly self-motivated and ambitious in achieving goals
Strong interpersonal skills
Keen on details, very organized and systematic
Display a positive attitude, even under pressure
