Miêu Tả Về Công Việc
- Responsible for payment activity including preparing internet banking / GIRO payment, and prepare payment schedule
- Responsible for invoicing activity including updating contact, preparing invoice & supported documents, update payment from client, and follow up client’s payment
- Communicate with the bank for any issue related to payment
- Do monthly bank reconciliation
- Create ad-hoc report related to cash flow and sales by weekly and monthly updates
Trình độ tối thiểu
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting / Finance / any relatable major
- Previous working experience in Accounting / Finance is a big plus
- Fluent in English (writing, listening, and speaking)
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
