Accounts Payable Analyst  

The Accounts Payable Analyst is generally responsible for the Procure-to-Pay process of the company by performing general accounting functions relating to accounts payable. The Analyst works closely with other members of the Finance function to ensure smooth and timely payment of the company’s various obligations.

• Responsible for on-time and accurate processing all payables of the company (suppliers, employees, government payments, etc.)
• Weekly and Monthly updates of Periodic Reports.
• Provide excellent day-to-day bookkeeping functions which includes transaction categorization
• Assist and attend to all accounting queries and requirements
• Maintain files and documentation thoroughly and accurately in accordance with company policy
• Responsible in preparation of monthly statutory reports (SSS, PHIC, HDMF)
• Preparation of various BIR returns
• Monitors Loan and Advances
• Work with the Finance Manager & Cash Management to ensure funds are available for payments
• Execute accounting duties on time
• On-time and accurate processing and release of payables
• Maintaining accurate records and analysis of Accounts Payable
• Liaising with both internal and external parties to ensure seamless payments
• Other adhoc duties

• Proficient in Microsoft applications (Excel, Word)
• With knowledge in running/working with an accounting system software
• Preferred to have actual experience in disbursements processing & accounts payable management
• Quickbooks system knowledge a plus
• Graduate of any Finance / Accounting degree or equivalent
• Has at least 2 years experience in an accounting function
• Strong analytical and evaluation skills
• Disciplined, self-starter with the ability to work independently, managing time effectively
• Can work well under pressure
