- Help achieve the divisions' goals by providing accurate and timely services and reports.
- Provide accounting and financial reporting services to assigned affiliate including statutory compliance.
- Maintain a systematic and accessible filing system.
- Prepare periodic financial reports.
- Manage, monitor, and maintain fixed assets records.
- Conduct annual physical assets inventory.
- Perform accounting and clerical tasks related to the efficient processing of accounts payable transactions.
- Monitor accounts to ensure that payments are up to date.
- Resolve discrepancies in supporting documents and payments.
- Communicate with suppliers, respond to inquiries, and resolve payment issues.
- Keep confidentiality of financial records, documents, and transactions.
Trình độ tối thiểu
- Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy, Financial Accounting, or any related course.
- Preferably Certified Public Accountant.
- At least one (1) year of experience in the following:
- Accounts Payable processing
- Accounts Receivable monitoring and bank reconciliation
- Bookkeeping
- Statutory Compliance
