Marketing Manager  

At Geodata Systems, Marketing is about understanding businesses and building awareness to help customers understand the value of geospatial technology. We are looking for an experienced and versatile Marketing Manager who is passionate to do this and more. Our ideal candidate has experience developing and executing strategic marketing plans while managing and inspiring a team. Responsibilities:

• Responsible in spearheading corporate branding and maximizing digital platform to help customers understand the value of geospatial technology.
• Develop and manage marketing programs across different channels, support business objectives, foster customer retention, provide sales support, and attract potential clients.
• Develop and maintain a healthy pipeline of opportunities for business growth.
• Understand the key business drivers within an organization and identify key business stakeholders.
• Manage content and updates for the customer and internal touch points, participating in events, and documenting business processes.
• Gather customer and market insights to generate more qualified leads.
• Identify the effectiveness and impact of current marketing initiatives with tracking and analysis and optimize accordingly.

• Five or more years of experience building complex marketing programs and campaigns.
• Highly motivated team player with a mature, positive attitude and passion to meet the challenges and opportunities of business.
• Metrics-driven marketing mind with eye for creativity.
• Strong problem-solving ability, including metrics-driven thinking.
• Proficiency with online marketing and social media strategy.
• Familiarity with online content marketing and social media development strategies.
• Willingness and ability to travel as necessary.
