Sales Manager  

We are recruiting for a creative, driven and ambitious Sales Manager to join our team in transforming the logistics scene in the Philippines.

In this role you will be responsible for leading our sales and marketing division. Day-to-day you will be responsible for leading our sales team in customer acquisition at target locations. You are a visionary and capable of making long-term decisions in acquiring and retaining customers. At the same time, you are not afraid to get your hands dirty to cold call and perform site visits. Most importantly, you should possess the ability to identify the best cities for continuous product roll-out and help develop a unified sales strategy.

• 3 years minimum corporate sales experience in trucking, logistics, freight forwarding, or transportation.
• Experience leading small teams and develop strategic and long-term sales plans.
• Able to conduct market survey to determine best locations for product roll-out.
• Passionate about your product and willing to go the extra mile to acquire new customers.
• Excellent verbal and communication skills in English and Filipino.
• Strong interpersonal skills and comfortable with phone sales and negotiation.
