Miêu Tả Về Công Việc
- Quality Management:
- Ensure that all in-house Quality Assurance standard operating procedures (SOPs), policies, and standards are followed, written, and/or published with the intent of assuring that all finished products meet and/or exceed the standards as set forth by FDA, local state requirements, and standard sets by clients.
- Audit Management:
- Direct all customer, regulatory, and 3rd party audits and plant inspection processes.
- Oversee the regulation process such as application of FDA Licensed to Operate (LTO) and Certificate of Product Registration (CPR).
- Quality Issues:
- Investigate, identify, and provide assistance in resolving product and packaging quality issues.
- Validate manufacturing specifications, standards, protocols, and procedures for quality control and new product development.
- Assure that product not meeting established specifications and/or requirements is restricted from shipment.
Trình độ tối thiểu
- At least 5 years of quality assurance experience in the food and/or beverage industry.
- Preferably with supervisory experience.
- Previous experience in Netsuite is a plus.
- Exceptional multitasking, communications, and project management skills.
- Willing to do minor field works (plant visits and supplier audits).
- Excited about the prospect of operating independently in a fast-paced and entrepreneurial environment.
- Passion for the Generation HOPE mission.
