Executive Director  

What is the opportunity?

As our Executive Director, you will be responsible for the leadership and management of our growing organization and team. Your duties are as follows:

• Articulate the Friends of Hope (Non profit sister company of GenerationHope) goals and strategy.
• Architect and execute a portfolio of high impact programs.
• Ensure that we have a clearly defined impact framework and a robust monitoring and evaluation system, as well as a robust set of internal systems and processes across operations, finance, and human resources.
• Oversee Friends of Hope financial accounts.
• Represent Friends of Hope in public events and forums.

Who are we looking for?

We are seeking for someone who is passionate about social development. Idealism, integrity, positive attitude, mission-orientation, adaptability and self-direction are critical, as are exceptional organizational, communication, management, and analysis skills. A successful candidate must have at least 7 years working experience, with a preference for candidates with international exposure and previous expertise in entreprenuership in private and/or non-profit sectors.
