Graduate Trainees  

The opportunity:

HOPE’s Graduate Trainee program is an intense two-year program that aims to accelerate the career development of fresh graduates or early-career talents.

• You will receive coaching from passionate mentors, receive formal training and learning materials covering a variety of functions, and handle special projects for HOPE.
• You will receive training or mentoring from industry experts that will provide invaluable lessons in various stages of the program.
• You will have a direct impact to HOPE’s mission – providing Filipino children with public school classrooms, supporting smallholder farmers, and preventing plastics from going to landfills or the oceans.

Who we are?

HOPE is a social enterprise startup that invests 100% of its profits to build much needed public school classrooms and other relevant high-impact ventures across the Philippines. In 2017, HOPE became the first and only B Corporation in the Philippines for meeting the highest standards of social and environmental impact. Hope was also recognized as Best for the World Honoree in both 2018 and 2019 for its positive impact on community.

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for highly motivated, energetic, and collaborative fresh graduates or candidates with less than two (2) years of work experience, who are passionate in fulfilling our mission to do Business for Good:

• Must have completed their undergraduate or master’s degree in Business, Industrial Engineering, Management Engineering, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Systems, and Physics will be advantageous but not necessarily required.
• Excellent track record of academic achievement, and/or proven record of leadership in school or through extracurricular activities
• Demonstrates exceptional analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills
• Go-getter and willing to be assigned to various departments and portfolio of HOPE.
