Program Associate/Officer | Education  

What is the opportunity?

As a Program Associate/Officer for Education, you play a critical role in linking the business and non-profit elements of our business model. You will be responsible for managing all aspects of our Classroom Building. You will be expected to:

• Manage the end-to-end classroom building process, delivering quality classrooms efficiently and within budget
• Build and maintain relationships with contractors and suppliers
• Manage key stakeholders, including ensuring donors and partners are updated on the progress of ongoing builds
• Provide operational and administrative support for our range of social investments

Who are we looking for?

• We are looking for motivated and detail-oriented candidates, who have exceptional multi-tasking, communications and project management skills as well as a passion for HOPE’s mission
• You should also be excited about the prospect of operating independently in a fast paced and entrepreneurial environment
• You must be open to doing field work (visits to construction sites, partner meetings, community engagement)
• A background in construction and/or a civil engineering degree is a plus.
