ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT/PRACTICE RELATED COMPETENCIES
- Mainly responsible for developing leads for new businesses and account acquisition.
- Key point contact for maintaining client relationships for the agency.
- Demonstrates working knowledge of each area of agency’s resources, in order to evaluate recommendations before presenting to the Client.
- These areas includes: Creative Development, Strategy development, Implementation of campaigns and programs.
- Proactively finds new ways to build the client’s business and grow accounts.
- Ensures that client issues are dealt with in an efficient manner, informing the Account Director or Managing Director of any problems that may arise.
- Works closely with the project team in order to maintain a continuous knowledge of project status in order to identify potential issues and/or opportunities within or related to the project.
- Ensures that all processes and procedures are completed, quality standards are met, and that projects are profitable.
- Aware and in pursuit of opportunities for account growth and new business, involving the Managing Director, Sales or other support.
- Communicates the client's goals and represent the client's interests to the team.
- Understanding of company capabilities and service, and effectively communicates all offerings to the client.
- Leads proposal efforts including completing project scoping and level of engagement (LOE) assessments.

- Highly personable with passion to do service oriented work.
- Driven, motivated and works with minimal supervision with a vision for growth and success.
- Minimum of 2-3 years working as an account manager for sales handling corporate accounts in competitive industry
- Comfortable to work in a high pressure industry to meet targets.
- Ability to plan and strategize to achieve targets.
- Has excellent or good presentation skills.
