Junior Software Quality Assurance Engineer  

Responsibilities:

• Design, create and execute test scripts to meet test objectives
• Report and keep track of bugs and issues detected using jira
• Learn the propriety tools of the company
• Work with the developers to ensure the product complies with the requirements before deployment
• Participate in improving and automating regression tests for test efficiency
• Participate in QA initiatives: tool evaluations and process improvements
• Manual and automated testing
• Unit, integration, functional, load, api/web service testing
• Self-managing, proactive and able to work with minimal supervision

What we're looking for:

• At least 1 year experience specialized in it/computer - software
• Fresh grads with qa internship experience are encouraged to apply
• Experience in using any of the following test automation tool is an advantage: jira, selenium, jmeter, soapui, eclipse, testng, rspec and testcomplete
• Technically proficient in any of the following programming language: java, ruby on rails, c#, php and/or .net
• Experience in designing, creating and executing test cases and test scripts
• Natural team player who can work well either independently or in a team
• Strong analytical and planning skills
• Good communication and presentation skills
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Techsavvy
