Trình độ tối thiểu
- Graduate of a four (4) year college degree or any Business related course.
- Experience in financial analysis and account management.
- At least 2 years of work experience in the field of franchise business, and/or sales/market research.
- Proficient in computer applications such as Microsoft Office or any Word processor and database software application.
- Knowledge in baking is a plus factor.
- Good communication skills, both oral and written.
- Coaching and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and planning skills.
- Good presentation skills.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Organized and service oriented.
- Knowledgeable in PowerPoint.
- Pleasing personality.
