- Overall in-charge of Planning, Organizing and Construction Management of Stores and Kiosks.
- Will work hand in hand with CAD Designer and Contractors.
- Responsible for Cost Estimation and Processing of Building Permits and Certifications.
Trình độ tối thiểu
- Candidate must be a graduate of BS Civil Engineering; must be a Licensed Civil Engineer.
- At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in handling construction projects.
- With knowledge in Project Management, Construction Techniques, and practices, Building related codes and ordinances.
- With the ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications for construction control purposes.
