Miêu Tả Về Công Việc
- Ensure proper and orderly filing of documents (Invoices, OR’s, PR’s DR and other related documents).
- Responsible in retrieval of all documents needed in reconciliation of accounts.
- Maintain orderly filing of documents in accordance to ISO requirements and standards.
- Maintain close coordination with validation staff pertaining to documents for filing (on a monthly basis).
- Monitors & ensures that all sales report (DSC) is submitted daily to validation group.
- Organizes invoice booklet files & sales reports in the stockroom regularly.
- Ensure completeness of all documents transmitted by validation staff every month.
- Obey and comply in the directives issued by the management.
- Any other function that may be assigned by the Supervisor/Manager.
Trình độ tối thiểu
- College graduate of BS Accountancy
- Proficient in MS Application
- With atleast 6 months work experience in handling invoices
- Strong analytical and planning skills;
- Good communication and presentation skills;
- Excellent problem-solving skills;
