General Accounting Staff I Biñan Laguna  

1. Prepares Financial Report Package of affiliated companies.

2. Conducts analysis on operating expenses variances of affiliated companies.

3. Coordination with affiliated companies for the required monthly report

4. Bank Reconciliation

5. Actual Cash flow

6. Preparation of accruals

7. Monitoring of balance sheet accounts

8. Preparation of accounting supporting schedules and audit requirements

9. Financial statement preparation

10. Monitoring of non-bread items brought out of the company facility with the use of electronic gate pass (EGP) system.

11. Assists on the year-end inventory count of engineering, motorpool, and office and computer supplies and assists in the reconciliation with concerned personnel.

12. Monitor movement of fixed asset through lapsing schedule

13. Asset accountability

14. Assists on the budget preparation.

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent;
• Candidate must have experience of at least 6 months related to Accounting;
• Strong analytical and planning skills;
• Good communication and presentation skills;
• Excellent problem-solving skills;
• Proficient in MS Application
