Miêu Tả Về Công Việc
- In-charge to acknowledge & stamp received incoming approved RCVP
- Verify/check the supporting documents to RCVP
- Sort the documents according to payees
- Encodes/prepares summary of RCVP per supplier
- Distribute the RCVP and summary to staff concerned for payment processing
- Checks the Daily Guard Details of all security services billing
- Checks the Daily Attendance of store personnel attached to incentive replenishments
- Updates filling of original accounts payable vouchers
- Performs other duties assigned from time to time by the superiors
Trình độ tối thiểu
- With at least 6 months experience in payables
- Fresh graduates with outstanding scholastic records may be considered
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Willing to take long hours of work
- Must be computer literate
