Miêu Tả Về Công Việc
- Executes and optimizes event marketing strategies, across online and offline channels, helping the sales team with the overall goal of hitting event sales targets.
- Leads the team’s online lead generation / performance marketing efforts. This includes conceptualizing online ad campaigns, target setting, media buying and optimization, and campaign analysis.
- Oversees creation of broad range of channel content (email, social media, online ads, print ads) to fulfill approved multi-platform plans and campaigns for event marketing. Works with marketing associates and designer/s for deliverables.
- Analyzes results from integrated marketing plans, shares reports and makes recommendations for improvement*
- Proactively identify new sources of customer acquisition through emerging platforms partners strategies and channels
Trình độ tối thiểu
- Has experience in creating and handling end-to-end digital campaigns
- Can manage team of content creator/s and graphic designer/s
- Excellent communications and writing skills
- Strong analytical and planning skills;
- Good communication and presentation skills;
- Excellent problem-solving skills;
