IT Desktop Support  

Maintain Asset Inventory & Employee Accountability for operations generally.

Own the IT procurement process and help drive a cost-efficient approach to IT asset acquisition.

Ensure that the appropriate assets are deployed on-time to new hires.

Ensure that asset retrieval is triggered as part of the off-boarding process for exiting employees.

Maintain up-to-date procurement & asset management. documentation, operational guidelines and procedural manuals.

Work closely with both the recruitment & operations team to ensure that the appropriate IT hardware is available based on the hiring and deployment plan for PH operations.

Ensures that all asset requests, issues and concerns are tracked and ticketed in the FPS Ticketing System.

Maintain up-to-date documentation of system design, operation and procedure manuals.

• Provide support to the Service Desk Team in coordinating on client outages by attending triage calls and working with operations.
• Assist other teams to initiate, design and manage effective support solutions as determined by our business needs.
• Participate in rotating on-call coverage or emergency response as needed.
• Handle and manage Incident and Service Request tickets.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management

Bachelors degree, or equivalent relevant work experience

Two or more years of service desk experience (hardware, software support & related technologies) and first level of remote in a domain environment are required

• Experience in handling a global service center, operations and management are required
• Can troubleshoot basic to advance hardware and software issues for laptop and desktop.
• Experience in networking and background about dialer is a plus but required.
• ITIL is a plus but not necessary.
• Okay working on a rotating flexible schedule.
