Business Visualization Analyst  

We are looking for a Business Visualization Analyst for the Market Strategy Insights organization. This individual contributor will be part of a team that produces marketing insights and high-level reports that are presented to all employees and C-level executives of the company.

As an integral part of the team, you will play a key role in enabling data-driven decision making, serving as a bridge through the business to design and scale ways to communicate complex multi-dimensional data sets in a sophisticated way. Being highly strategic, analytical and a problem solver with a keen eye for detail, you will act as a catalyst in providing our stakeholders with in-depth data insight and will take a consultative approach to define and building upon requirements and products. You will work with a complex stakeholder landscape to turn data into critical insights and knowledge to support data-driven decision making. With an understanding of the core business needs in hand, you’ll use your analytical skills (Excel, programming, SQL) and data visualization skills (Tableau, Power BI) to develop solutions that will help move the business forward and enable better decisions to be made in less time.

Responsibilities:

• Play a key role in developing and evolving executive reports and analyses that are consumed by our executive leadership team and partner organizations
• Define, develop, and build business-critical metrics, analysis and reports across all business levers and key performance indicators
• Perform analysis to surface key trends through techniques such as advanced Excel formulas, pivot tables, VBA macros, and other programming tools
• Generate cohesive and actionable insights based on seemingly disperse data to enable our stakeholders in making effective, analytically driven, and strategic decisions
• Partner with data analysts to build out and transform the right data sets required for the analytical deliverables
• Create intuitive, compelling, and elegant visualizations (using PowerPoint, Excel, Tableau or other visualization tools) to help our stakeholders understand trends and business performance

Requirement/s:

• Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, Engineering, or other quantitative fields from a good national university. Masters/Doctorate degree preferred for Manager.
• Fresh Graduates are accepted
• Professional experience working for a multinational company in an analytics role such as business analysis, data analytics, data sciences, or BI engineering is an advantage
• Experience in preparing and executing presentations of technical and business level data to both peers and leadership
• Experience in using large data sets to build business cases, back up assumptions, develop hypotheses, and complete root cause analysis
• Experience with analytical techniques, such as regression analysis, predictive modeling, segmentation, forecasting, hypothesis testing, multi-variant testing strongly preferred
• Advanced skills in Excel required; advanced skills in PowerPoint strongly preferred
• Experience with visualization software (e.g. Tableau, Power BI).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a track record of presenting to senior management
