Digital Sourcing Specialist  

In this day and age , it is very important to be ahead in using the digital platform to source, recruit and hire the best people. We are looking for a very passionate individual that will spearhead the way we source great candidates in the online world. Primarily this will focus in maximizing the social media platforms while we discover what other platforms to use. This is a very important role for Talent Acquisition as well as for the whole organization. At present this role will be required to work from home, we will return to the office work set-up when it is safe to do so.

• Creates and updates all the social media and online job postings. All platforms - Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter and Job Boards in the Philippines and United States
• Creates job targeting ad logistics
• Creates social media ad campaigns for all applicants
• Maintains and re-creates the social media chat bots or train them as needed
• Social Media responses to all applicants and queries related to recruiting
• Social media promotions to attract applicants
• Leads extraction on Facebook or Instagram
• Social Media competitor report
• Budget monitoring of costs on FB, Google Jobs, IG, etc
• Collaborates and work closely with the Marketing group
• Aligns with the branding guidelines of the company

• Two (2) to four (4) years minimum experience in doing Social Media management from ad agencies or call center companies
• One (1) to two (2) years experience in Recruiting or Sourcing is a must
• One (1) to two (2) years experience in a call center environment
• Excellent written and oral communications skills
• Great attention to detail
• Very open to feedback, knows how to collaborate and works with a team well
• Must be willing to work in Ortigas Center, Pasig City on a mid-shift (3pm-12mn) schedule
