- Planning and installing appropriate system needs of the company.
- Providing system support and solving problems related to the network.
- Monitoring the network efficiency.
- Performing regular backups and restoring information, if necessary
- Applying patches and updates.
- Monitoring networks to ensure security and availability to specific users.
- Maintaining integrity of the network, server deployment and security.
- Ensuring that all the elements of the system are working properly.
- Educating company employees about computer security.
- Performing basic programming.
- Managing and planning projects related to the systems.
- Setting up user accounts and retrieving information including passwords and account usernames.
- Monitoring the storage capabilities of the system.
Trình độ tối thiểu
- Must be currently enrolled in a 4-year degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or other related courses;
- Minimum 2-month internship period.
