- Handles full-cycle account management.
- Achieves monthly, quarterly and annual revenue goals by identifying and meeting clients to present the approved proposals and facilitating networks and sales closures.
- Manages, retains and grows existing business by cultivating relationships with clients.
- Develops and implements sales strategy for increasing revenue by conducting in-depth analysis of client’s needs.
- Prepares and develops customized sales presentations by researching customer needs and translating those needs to a sales plan for the client.
- Demonstrates proficiency at delivering effective and targeted sales presentations.
- Creates quarterly and annual sales plan that outlines how the revenue goal will be achieved and revenue gaps closed.
- Sells full portfolio of products by targeting appropriate customers for growth, making sales presentations and closing sales for OOH advertising solutions.
- Negotiates the terms of agreement with the clients, taking into account important factors like rates and packages.
- Prepares and finalizes contracts or contract renewals, and follow up on payments.
- Maintains effective working relationships with clients and potential customers through visitations and follow throughs.
- Coordinates and submits sales monitoring reports and other documents needed in the discharge of duties and responsibilities.
- Initiates and takes primary responsibility for resolving client related problems that may occur by serving as a liaison between the client and FocusMedia.
Trình độ tối thiểu
- Education: College degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Integrated Marketing Communication, Business-related courses or its equivalent.
- With at least 5 years’ experience in Sales, with the ability to sell integrated campaigns, preferably gained from the media and/or advertising industries.
- Specific industry knowledge of assigned categories, advertising, media and market information.
- Knowledge of basic principles of entrepreneurship, economics and current market trends.
- Ability to do the following:
- Demonstrate professional interpersonal skills with internal and external customers.
- Adhere to company policies and department stand operating procedures.
- Prepare reports accurately and within time deadlines.
- Work independently and with a team.
- Excellent organizational skills. Ability to coordinate several tasks simultaneously within a fast-paced environment.
- Well-developed oral and written communication skills
