Miêu Tả Về Công Việc
- Keeps all documents related to credit and collection functions such as:
- Sales contracts
- Purchase Orders (PO)
- Invoices
- Official Receipts (OR)
- Statement of Accounts (SOA)
- Demand letters
- Follow up letters
- Maintains updated subsidiary ledger of accounts receivable and reconciles it with the General Ledger.
- Ensures effectivity of Bills and Aging of Accounts Receivables.
- Coordinates with the Account Specialists and Operations group regarding proof of airing.
- Monitors reports / Certificate of Performance (for billing purposes).
- Ensures strict confidentiality of all accounting and financial records.
- Responds to all inquiries.
- Assists clients and Accounts Specialists in resolves issues related to confirmation of customers' account.
Trình độ tối thiểu
- Preferably Accounting graduate.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in the same field.
- Computer literate and proficient in MS Excel, Word, and Powerpoint.
- Well-versed in using office equipment and computer applications.
- Team player and hardworking.
- Ability to meet deadlines.
- Can work extended time.
- Can work with minimum supervision.
